We are Thee Yankee Dollar, a duo based out of Brooklyn, NY.

We feed off of a steady diet of pop, with dashes of other entrees. Included in this meal are:

the Aislers Set, Joe Meek, Magnetic Fields, the United States of America, St. Etienne, Stereo Total, Sinatra/Hazlewood, Talulah Gosh/Heavenly/etc., 40s, 50s, & 60s vocal pop, Brill Building and girl group pop, post-punk D.I.Y. ethic, and inexpensive recording equipment (relatively speaking).
